about the artist / work
My work is rooted in the physicality of everyday stuff and how it shapes and occupies space. I combine basic materials such as plaster, wire, fabric, wood, and plastic to construct abstract objects that invite multiple interpretations. Sometimes I seek specific materials to explore a concept; other times the materials themselves generate the idea.
